The Talent Sourcing Specialist will be directly responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of amazing candidates for roles throughout Manhattan, Staten Island and the Bronx. The Specialist will partner with members of the recruiting team to profile, attract, and convert talented professionals into qualified candidates for positions at all levels within the organization. In doing so, the Specialist will learn the qualifications for key positions, reach out to candidates with appropriate skill sets, update the recruitment management system, and coordinate and conduct initial interviews with candidates.
Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, the Talent Sourcing Specialist will:
