The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for building and maintaining a pipeline of amazing candidates for roles throughout Manhattan, Staten Island and the Bronx. The Specialist will partner with hiring managers and HR Business partners to profile, attract, and convert talented professionals into qualified candidates for positions at all levels within the organization. In doing do, the Specialist will perform efficient full life cycle recruitment including strategy formulation, job description creation, marketing positions, sourcing, selecting and onboarding successful candidates. The Specialist will also participate in projects to market the organization and launch programs in support of special recruitment initiatives.
